Job Description

As a UI/UX Designer at Azora, you will be responsible for redefining our product's design to achieve a user-friendly and visually appealing interface that aligns with our brand identity. You will work closely with the Product Manager/Business Analyst and development team to ensure that the design meets business requirements and provides a delightful user experience.

Daily Responsibilities

Design Excellence:

Redesign the user interface to meet Apple-like design standards.
Ensure the design is aesthetically pleasing, matches brand colors, and aligns with our overall brand identity.
Create high-fidelity prototypes and mockups that accurately represent the final product.

User Experience:

Develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that simplify complex processes described in the platform plans.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make data-driven design decisions.
Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to guide the design process.

Feature-Specific Design:

Design the layout for various tabs such as statistics, schedules, team management, and messaging systems as detailed in the platform plans.
Ensure the UI supports features like automated messages, detailed statistics, mass messaging, and permission management.
Develop designs for the communication and review systems, ensuring they are easy to use and highly functional.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with the Product Manager/Business Analyst and development team to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business requirements.
Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure the design is implemented accurately.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on the latest design trends and best practices.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.
Ensure that the final product is polished, professional, and meets the highest standards of quality.

Requirements

Experience:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work.
Experience designing for social media platforms or management tools is a plus.

Skills:

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and others.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Ability to create high-fidelity prototypes and mockups.

Knowledge:

Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
Knowledge of current design trends and emerging technologies.
